In most of the world, having the right answer has a lot more weight than in the US. Marketing dollars determine "what is right" in the US. Managers the world over are a lot more interested in seeing a solution.

Aggitate

To aggitate well, we've got to get IT managers in the US to wake up before the rest of the world passes them up. Some IT managers in Pittsburgh are also in this slumber.
